The Almighty Allah has blessed us with many precious gifts, two legs to walk and two hands to do work etc, However, if we are not using our parts properly, then it is our mistake that leads us to failure.

Most people spend their whole day and night just sitting on the bed or lying to most days of the week or months. They are just like fish without swimming and birds without the fly. 

Can you imagine what would happen if the fish do not swim or birds usually do not fly then they will easily become food for larger animals and slowly their species would get destroyed? So people who get more comfortable in their life cannot be so healthy.



We usually listen to our grandparents, parents, and teachers, etc. Health is wealth, but how many of us think about its true meaning and its demand, and how many of us actually have this strategy in our lives do-follow to get maintained.

Every one of us knows well that good health leads to a good way however, no one of us takes care of the health.

If we are not living in discipline and following nature’s rule, we can never become healthy in life and can never reach success. 

The real meaning of this policy is that the person who has good health becomes the happiest person in the world, even from rich people. Whether a person is rich or poor, even if he is not suffering from any illness or disability. 

If we understand and follow this measure strictly, then this policy really matters a lot to us. Illness never asks a person for the sake of affluence or sickness, if they are found to be weak and unhealthy, they affect the person.

A few decades ago, people were strong and healthy because they used to walk for long distances and they have to perform every household chore's own. 
In recent decades, the growth of technologies in a very fast manner has decreased the man's efforts in every turn of life. 
Earlier, our grandparents had a happy life and their livelihood was very healthy due to walking, running, hunting, farming, harvesting, planting, etc. 

Today, almost every person of any age group suffers from one or more diseases (such as hypertension, heart attack, arthritis, stress-related illness, etc.) from the beginning of life.

If someone maintains his health, then he is truly blessed with the most valuable gift through life. Being a healthy person, it is very important to be healthy in every aspect of life, like physical, mental and social fitness.

And unhealthy people can never get real joy and peace of life. This famous proverb tells us that health is more valuable than money and other precious things all over the world. 

We should always remember this proverb very well if we suffer any disease, money can only help us to get medicine and limited relief; however, it cannot remove diseases completely from the body. 

If we get relief from a disease, then it will leave other diseases in the form of complexity. This means that the weak and unhealthy body calls many diseases one by one, which we can never be freed. 
Unhealthy people suffer from their whole life illnesses and complain to others about their condition.

The matter is that health does not belong to richness and poorness when a rich person gets diseased; he becomes an unhappy person than the poor healthy person. Despite having enough money, life becomes useless. 

Money cannot buy happiness and a healthy life; It can only give comfort and happiness for a limited time, though, in every bad and good condition, good health always goes together through life. 
Good health makes a person happy and cheerful forever.

Most important thing: A healthy person can be healthy in every turn of life, the healthy body keeps the body, mind, and soul happy and peaceful.
However, an unhealthy person cannot bear a little problematic and accidental condition.

Some people save their money for future purposes but do not take care of their health, saving money is a good habit for the future but declining health is not good for the future. They should maintain their health together with the saving of money.

We need to keep ourselves healthy and happy to easily cope with all the problems of life, we can be healthy through proper and regular exercises, morning walk, good habits, disciplined lifestyle, personal hygiene, cleanliness, positive thinking, timely common and healthy food.

To maintain proper health for the people of any age group depends upon several factors like physical activity, pollution, sleeping habits, mental condition, water, air, sunlight, etc. 
We should get up in the early morning, go for the morning walk or do some exercises, breathe some fresh air.

In order to keep ourselves healthy physically, mentally, emotionally, socially and intellectually, we need to be active on a daily basis including a well-maintained diet, and to be disciplined in every walk of life. 

Laughing is also the best medium to keep you happy and healthy. It helps in being happy by overcoming anger and fear and enables a person to enjoy life completely. 
Being rich is not so important however it is very necessary for a luxury life.

Good health can be achieved by anyone through continuous efforts. Proper awareness of bad habits is also very necessary to keep the body away from illnesses.

Physical activity can help you cope with stress and can promote social interaction with friends, better self-esteem, better posture, and balance, better focus and concentration during school or work, stronger heart, bones, joints and muscles, healthy growth and development, healthier weight range and learning new skills while having fun.
